CARROLLTON — Two more people might be facing charges in connection with a murder-for-hire plot in Carrollton.

Anthony Rendine and Stephanie Delacerda are sitting in jail in Louisiana on drug charges. Both were taken into custody five days after someone shot Nancy Howard in the face.

Howard lost an eye in the August 18 attack, but is expected to recover.

According to court documents, Delacerda admitted to having a business relationship with the victim's husband, John Franklin Howard.

Investigators said at least $20,000 from Howard's company was deposited into Delacerda's account.

Howard and Dustin Hiroms are already facing criminal solicitation charges in the bizarre case.
