Before it was called the Klyde Warren Park, we called it the Woodall Rodgers Deck Park.

A Dallas billionaire bought the naming rights, but he's someone you may have never heard of until now.

It's estimated that Kelcy Warren, a 56-year-old co-founder of the natural gas pipeline company Energy Transfer Partners, paid around $10 million for the naming rights.

Warren isn't doing interviews and has never talked much to media, but News 8 looked into why the billionaire would be willing to give the city such a large gift.
