Crane collapse
RICHARDSON — That deadly crane collapse on the campus of the University of Texas at Dallas is now the center of a lawsuit.
Terry Weaver died in the July 7 accident when the construction crane toppled in high winds.
His widow and son are now suing the company that owned the crane. They allege that managers should have known it was too dangerous for workers to be on the crane.
