RICHARDSON — The City of Richardson is calling in a bee specialist to handle a growing problem: There's a huge beehive in the Canyon Creek neighborhood.
Usually it is the property owner's responsibility to take care of beehives. But the city will handle this case because it is a safety concern close to homes.
The resident who alerted us to the hive said it was bigger than his nine-year-old daughter.
