DALLAS — Police are investigating a man's fatal fall from a high-rise condominium balcony in Oak Lawn.

Dallas police spokesman Sgt. Warren Mitchell said it  happened around 11:30 p.m. Friday in the 3500 block of Turtle Creek Boulevard.

A witness told police there had been a disturbance in the 11th floor unit prior to the fall, but detectives found no evidence of a struggle. Mitchell said witnesses told investigators the man was alone on the balcony when he went over the edge.

The name of the victim has not been released.
