DALLAS — Dallas police are investigating a deadly shooting at a convenience store in North Oak Cliff.

According to the police report, an argument between two people in the parking lot of the store at Interstate 35E and 8th Street preceded the gunfire around 1:30 a.m.

The shooting victim, identified as 24-year-old Tynarion Warren of Dallas, died later at a hospital.

The assailant remained at large.
