DALLAS -- Dallas police say the body of a fisherman who disappeared on Lake Ray Hubbard has been found.

William Neskorik, 69, is believed to have gone fishing by himself on a pontoon boat around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday.

His boat was found about a mile north of Interstate 30, abandoned and unanchored, later that day. A concern boater spotted it, and with no one on board, they called 911

Dallas Police and Fire Rescue partnered with the Texas Game Wardens to search the lake and found Neskorik's body Wednesday morning. IT was underneath the bridge connecting Highway 66 to Rockwall.

Family tells News 8 Neskorik loved being out on the water. So much so, he lived just a few blocks from shore. They're not sure if there was an accident or a medical emergency, but hope an autopsy can shed light on what sent this experienced boater overboard.
