Grand jury indicts plant that leaked pig blood into Trinity

The councilman and local business owners say Columbia Packing, a meat packing plant, has long been a concern in this community. Now, it's accused of dumping pig's blood into Cedar Creek that feeds into the Trinity River. Pictures released as part of a search warrant show what appears to be blood.
