DALLAS — An executive with the Uncle Julio's restaurant chain is accused of kidnapping a teenage boy at gunpoint and then sexually assaulting him.
Dallas police arrested Damon Burlison on Monday. He is charged with attacking a 13-year-old in the parking lot of a gas station in Dallas' Uptown district.
Court documents indicate Burlison said he met the boy on a chat line and they had consensual sex.
Uncle Julio's told News 8 that it just learned of the situation, and because it is a non-company issue, it will not comment on the case.
