UPDATE 1/22: Dallas police said Wednesday the two critically missing children have been found.

At 4 p.m. Wednesday, Haley Bean contacted police to turn herself in. She, the two children, and Chelsea McNatt met investigators in Dallas.

The children appeared to be healthy, according to police, and were turned over to Child Protective Services.

McNatt was found to be 16 years old and is being held on a runaway charge out of Balch Springs. Bean is still being interviewed by investigators.

DALLAS -- Dallas police issued a critical missing alert Tuesday night for two children who have been missing since Sunday.

Investigators say Joshua Portalis, 9, and his seven-year-old brother Jacob were removed from their home in the 19000 block of Dallas Parkway by their 17-year-old half-sister Haley Bean.

Police said the three may be traveling in a white truck.

If you have any information, call 911 or Dallas police at 214-671-4268.

No Amber Alert has been issued because police say they don't believe the boys are in danger.
