DALLAS — The Dallas County Sheriff's Department said early Thursday that burglary suspect Donald Greenlee is back in custody after escaping on Tuesday night.

Greenlee, 38, apparently jumped over a fence at the Lew Sterrett Justice Center as he was taking out the trash.

A sheriff's office spokeswoman said additional details about what happened would not be available until later on Thursday morning.

Greenlee had been held on felony burglary charges.
