DALLAS — Fire damaged at least two units at apartments in East Oak Cliff Saturday morning.

A woman living at the complex told News 8 the two-alarm blaze started as an electrical fire in a kitchen.

Firefighters arrived to find heavy flames and smoke rising from the roof of the two-story brick building at the southwest corner of Loop 12 and Interstate 45.
