WYLIE — Police in Wylie say they have found a woman who had been missing for more than nine hours.
Nga Tuy Nham, 48, suffers from a mental disability and doesn't speak English. She had last been seen in the area of Ballard Avenue and Birmingham Street, near Henderson Intermediate School, on Monday morning.
She walked away from a residence she shares with her sister at around 11 a.m.
