McKINNEY — A small plane made a very bumpy landing at Collin County Regional Airport around noon Wednesday.

The single-engine Piper PA-24 touched down without its landing gear deployed.

Firefighters were standing by to help out just in case, but no one was injured.

It was not clear what went wrong with the landing gear.
