Train enthusiasts rejoice! Big Boy's big move is now complete.
After several delays, the historic steam locomotive arrived in Frisco on Sunday afternoon.
The train began its roundabout 55-mile journey from its former home at Dallas Fair Park one week ago. But because the antique engine can travel just 10 mph being towed by a more modern locomotive, it had to work around scheduled traffic on the tracks.
The 1.2-million pound train — the largest steam engine in the world — will soon go on display at the Frisco museum.
