CARROLLTON -- Four people, including two children under 10 years old and a pregnant woman, were injured when a car plowed through a backyard, and into a home in Carrollton.

It happened just before 4 p.m. in the 2000 block of Victoria Cove.

The two children and pregnant woman were in the home when the driver of an SUV lost control on Rosemeade Parkway and went through two fences, a backyard, and all the way into the house.

The two children and expectant mother were taken to Children's Medical Center of Dallas.

The female driver of the SUV was briefly pinned in the vehicle before she was removed and also transported to an area hospital.

None of the injuries are believed to be life-threatening.

It is still unclear what caused the driver to lose control of the SUV.
