Water service restored to Stockyards area

Repairing a water main break in the Fort Worth Stockyards could take a long time, as crews will have to remove the historic bricks on Exchange Avenue one by one to reach the break. The Fort Worth Water Department said a 10-inch line ruptured at around 10:30 a.m. Monday near the Exchange and Main Street intersection, heaving the old bricks of the street out of place.
