A new video is causing a stir in the NFL.

The grainy footage that was posted on Deadspin.com is hard to make out, but it appears to show Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones speaking about his former coach Bill Parcells and how Jones may have used Parcells as a marketing tool to come up with money to pay for his new stadium.

A transcript of the comments is laced with obscenities.

JONES: "That's the only reason I brought in Bill Parcells. Bill's not worth a s***. I love him."

OTHER VOICE: "I know you do."

JONES: "Not worth a s***, but I wanted... they were on my a** so bad. J's gotta have a yes man. So to get this f***** stadium, I need to bring his a** in."

In the video, the man who appears to be Jones also references Florida Gators quarterback Tim Tebow just nine days before the NFL draft.

The Cowboys and Jones said they have no comment on the footage.
