ARLINGTON — Arlington police are investigating a fiery one-car accident early Sunday morning in which two people were killed.

Their vehicle was westbound on Interstate 30 at Ballpark Way at about 5:40 a.m. Police said the car hit a concrete median barrier that separates the main lanes of traffic from the HOV lane, which was closed at the time of the accident.

No other vehicles were involved.

One of the victims was identified as 33-year-old Roland Holloway; the name of the second victim had not been released late Sunday afternoon.

The westbound lanes of I-30 were closed to traffic during the police investigation.
