ARLINGTON — Arlington police are looking for the driver of an 18-wheeler that may have been involved in the fatal crash of a motorcycle on Wednesday afternoon.

The accident happened in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 20 at Matlock Road around 4:20 p.m.

Police spokeswoman Tiara Ellis Richard said it appeared that Mark Deselles' motorcycle was struck as the big rig changed lanes. Deselles, a 38-year-old Arlington resident, fell from the bike and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the truck — described as a white trailer with a red-and-white cab — did not stop, and may not have realized that the motorcyclist was struck.

It was not clear whether road conditions played a role in the accident.

If you have any information about this fatal accident, please contact Arlington police at 817-459-5667.
