SAN ANTONIO — Late Saturday night, police in San Antonio nabbed the third suspect wanted in connection with Tuesday's murder of a Fort Worth convenience store clerk.

Kwame Rockwell was tracked to a Church's Chicken at Broadway and Mulberry near Fort Sam Houston and ran when marshals confronted him.

Rockwell fled to a nearby convenience store and locked himself in before surrendering a few minutes later.

Rockwell will join Randy Seibel and Chance Smith, who were already in custody facing capital murder charges.

Surveillance video showed gunmen forcing clerk Daniel Rojas-Torres into a back office of the Valero convenience store on Mansfield Highway early Tuesday morning. He was shot and killed.

A delivery driver was hospitalized after being shot in the head during the robbery attempt.

KENS-TV contributed to this report.
