GRAPEVINE — Labor Day weekend at Grapevine Lake ended with a personal watercraft accident.
Grapevine Deputy Fire Chief Randie Frisinger told News 8 a teenage girl struck her head on the craft after hitting a wave while riding at the south end of the lake about 6:30 p.m. Monday.
The unidentified girl was airlifted to Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas for treatment.
Her condition was not available on Monday night.
