GARLAND - What started as a possible drug deal ended with a chase through eastern Dallas County.
Authorities said the driver of a black car fled from police after allegedly being spotted in the midst of a drug deal off Interstate 635 and Centerville. Garland police said the driver eventually lost control and hit a tree near East Field College.
Police arrested the man and a woman who was with him.
