LEWISVILLE LAKE — The search for a man who fell from a boat at Lewisville Lake Saturday night resumed Sunday morning. He remained missing on Sunday evening.
The call for help came around 8:15 p.m. when the 34-year-old disappeared in the water near Oakland Park in Hickory Creek. Witnesses said he was not wearing a life jacket.
The search by members of the Lewisville Fire Department dive team, the Army Corps of Engineers, the game warden and the Lake Cities Fire Department was called off due to darkness late Saturday and continued all day Sunday.
Search efforts begin again Monday morning.
The identity of the man was not released.
