DALLAS - A $10,000 reward offered in the search for the person or persons behind the shooting deaths of a Dallas couple has been retracted.
Yayehyirad Lemma and Yenenesh Desta, known as Lemma and Desta to friends, were killed early Wednesday morning as they returned home from working at their popular Ethiopian restaurant. Sources said someone drove up to the house and shot the couple at close range just after midnight in the 5700 block of Marquita Street.
Oaks Farm Dairy offered a $10,000 reward for any information leading to an arrest and indictment. However, the offer was later withdrawn. No explanation has been given.
