McKINNEY — The search for a suspected serial robber is over. Police say Benjamin Sanchez is behind five robberies in McKinney and Frisco last week.

The 59-year-old is accused of using a gun to rob an elderly couple in Frisco and to hold up a Subway sandwich shop in McKinney on Thursday. He is also the suspect in three other aggravated holdups.

Late Friday night, tips led McKinney police and the U.S. Marshal East Texas Task Force to arrest Sanchez at the Value Place motel on North Central Expressway.
