FORT WORTH (AP) - Authorities have searched a North Texas lake for a boat operator missing since his 26-foot cabin cruiser was hit by a large wave and sank.
A spokesman for the Tarrant Regional Water District did not immediately return a message Tuesday on the status of the search.
Officials say about a dozen passengers were plucked from Eagle Mountain Lake following the accident Sunday afternoon near the Fort Worth Boat Club. All were rescued by nearby vessels.
Searchers by Sunday night located the sunken cruiser. Emergency personnel continued the search Monday for the missing man, whose name hasn't been released.
