DALLAS - Crews worked overnight to get the power back on after high winds knocked out service to thousands across North Texas.
As of about 6 a.m., about 1,000 were still without power, which was down from 5,000 Wednesday night.
There was a 30-degree temperature drop overnight, but that cold weather didn't stop Occupy Dallas protestors, who camped out in the chilly conditions overnight. About 70 tents are still up behind Dallas City Hall, and protesters can continue to camp out until December 12.
A clothing area has been set up for those who need more to keep warm in the cold.
There is also a possibility of a frost and freezing temperatures tomorrow, according to WFAA meteorologist Colleen Coyle.
