NORTH RICHLAND HILLS: He didn't hesitate. A North Texas boy not even a teenager yet jumped into flood waters to save two other children.
They weren't just drowning, they had also been severely shocked by a downed powerline.
It was a life-or-death moment that gave a young hero a chance to shine.
