Ranger killed rescuing Dallas native, three Texans on Mount Rainier

At least one, perhaps two, of the climbers rescued on Mount Rainier on Thursday are from Dallas, News 8 has learned. Ross VanDyke, 32, is an experienced climber from Dallas, his family told News 8. Stuart Smith and Stacy Wren are both also Texans and were rescued from the mountain.
