Mistrial declared in Dallas County Constable's case

DALLAS -- A judge declared a mistrial in the corruption trial of Dallas County Constable Derick Evans.
   
Jurors said there were deadlocked.
   
Evans was accused of breaking state law by holding a raffle to help his re-election campaign.

Prosecutors can try Evans again.
