Body found
CARROLLTON — A man's body was found in a drainage ditch along the northbound lanes of Interstate 35E in Carrollton Monday afternoon, police said.
A passerby reported the discovery in the shadow of the the Luna Road overpass to Carrollton police shortly before 3 p.m.
The unidentified body was removed to the Dallas County Medical Examiner's office to determine the cause of death.
The police activity caused some onlooker delays on the highway.
