DALLAS — Dallas police are looking for four suspects in an aggravated kidnapping Monday night.

It happened around 11:30 in the 4000 block of Cedar Springs in the Oak Lawn area.

The victim was apparently handcuffed, bound, and gagged.

Police said the victim — 43-year-old Rudolph Dinwiddie — was approached by four suspects, one of whom was a woman.

Dinwiddie told police he was withdrawing money from an ATM on Cedar Springs. He claimed the suspects pointed a modified submachine gun at him and then threatened to kill him.

He said he was then handcuffed and his legs bound with duct tape and zip ties.

He claimed he was them forced to go to a nearby gas station, where the suspects used his money to fill up their gas tank.

From Oak Lawn, Dinwiddie said he was forced to drive around to several ATMs to make cash withdrawals.

The suspects then drove him to the 1400 block of Lindy Lane in Irving, where he was dumped.

Dinwiddie struggled a block to Irving Heights Drive, where a passerby spotted Dinwiddie bound and gagged.

Dallas police are looking for surveillance footage and trying to verify Dinwiddie's story.
