Man found dead at Dallas bank drive-thru

A man was found dead in his car at the drive-thru lane of a Dallas bank Saturday morning.

DALLAS — A man was discovered dead in his car at a bank drive-thru lane in Northeast Dallas Saturday morning.

A witness told News 8 the 63-year-old man was found unresponsive next to an ATM machine outside the Bank of America branch at 2506 Gus Thomasson Road around 8:40 a.m.

Dallas Fire-Rescue paramedics pulled the man from the vehicle and attempted unsuccessfully to revive him. That's when police were called.

Dallas police spokesman Sgt. Warren Mitchell said the cause of the unidentified man's death was under investigation.
