Galleria Dallas location
DALLAS- Dallas Police are reporting that a 42-year-old man fell from the third floor balcony at Galleria Dallas mall around 2:35 p.m. on Tuesday.
Police said he was shopping with his girlfriend and five-year-old daughter. Police said he suffered from depression and was under doctor's care.
Mall goers watched the incident unfold from several floors above the ice rink.
Witnesses said the man was sitting on the railing, lost his balance and fell onto the ice rink below.
Emergency crews rushed to his side. The unidentified man died an hour later at a local hospital from his injuries.
