IRVING — Irving police have located an 11-month-old girl and her father who had been missing since Friday night.
James Florez and daughter Victoria were found just after midnight Saturday by family members near the Trinity River at Loop 12 and Northwest Highway.
They were in Florez' pickup truck that was off the road and stuck in the mud, and police said it appeared they had been there for some time.
Both were in good condition.
Police took Lopez to Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas for a mental evaluation. Victoria was returned to her mother.
