GRAPEVINE (AP) — The nephew of former President George W. Bush says that while he isn't yet revealing any details about his political plans, he believes it's his generation's turn to lead.

George Prescott Bush spoke Saturday night to a North Texas Republican fundraiser. The 36-year-old Bush is seen as a potential future star and the latest member of the Republican Party's most prominent family to enter GOP politics.

His father is former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, and his uncle and grandfather are former presidents.

Bush placed himself in the "9/11 generation" and said he was worried about the country's future. He said Republicans don't need to change their party message, but improve how they communicate it.

Bush has crisscrossed the state and is raising money for a future run at statewide office.
