Son of Garland chase victim has no ill will for suspect

A police chase that began early Monday morning in Garland ended in a fatal crash that took the life of an innocent man in Rowlett. Solomon Asfaw (pictured, front left) was killed 24-year-old Jesus Gutierrez Eliasar ran a red light and hit Asfaw's truck on the way to work.
