The Frisco youth soccer coach involved in a child sex abuse investigation who threatened to jump from the High Five earlier this month is behind bars again Tuesday.

Kevin Hilty, 42, has been charged on a fifth count of continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14.

Hilty, a coach for the boys U12 team for the Frisco Soccer Association, a private organization, was first arrested on June 27. He was charged with four counts of continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14 in Denton County. Investigators said he came in contact with the victims while coaching.

After posting a $1,000,000 bond, he was released the following Saturday.

On Monday, July 1, Hilty threatened to kill himself by jumping off the High Five. The threat forced police to close the flyover ramp from southbound Central Expressway onto eastbound LBJ Freeway.

The fifth count of continuous child abuse comes with another $1,000,000 bond. As of Tuesday afternoon, Hilty remained in the Denton County Jail.
