RUTHERFORD ― Emergency crews are on the scene in Rutherford, near the town of Palmer.
Witnesses tell News 8 one person possibly fell into a creek and suffered broken legs. Emergency crews had to go in and rescue that person. They are being flown to a local hospital for treatment.
