McKINNEY — One man's decision to speed on city streets ended the lives of a Plano couple, their daughter, and two foster children.
Last week, a jury found David Jones guilty of five counts of manslaughter. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Jones, who was paralyzed in the violent crash, offered an apology and an explanation from his wheelchair on Monday in an interview with News 8.
