FORT WORTH - Police are investigating a fatal train accident involving a truck around 7 a.m. Monday at the intersection of 38th and Commerce streets in the northern area of Fort Worth.
The driver of a blue truck, that could be seen mangled and left along the tracks after the accident, was killed. Police said it appeared the driver went through a crossing arm and slammed the truck into the back of a passing train.
The victim has not been identified.
