DALLAS - A man was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and outstanding warrants after driving past barricades onto Victory Plaza and crashing in Dallas.
The vehicle was left resting on three steps at the entrance of the plaza.
Hazmat was called to the scene to clean up motor oil and transmission fluid spilled at the scene.
There was no damage to any of the businesses on the plaza.
