DeSoto police chase ends in deadly crash into cement truck

Terry Arthur, 45, died Friday morning after police say he ran a red light and crashed into a cement truck at a high speed. Arthur was a burglary suspect, who was pulled over around 5:30 a.m. Friday. DeSoto police say during the stop, he resisted arrest and tried to take an officer's weapon. Dash-camera video obtained by News 8 shows Arthur and the officer wrestling in the street before the suspect gets loose and runs back to his truck.
