DALLAS — The Woodall Rodgers deck park project in downtown Dallas has been under construction for months now. On Monday, a major funding boost for the project will be announced.
The unknown corporation making the contribution reportedly has strong ties to downtown Dallas.
Public and private money is being used to fund the project, which is building a park over the freeway linking North Central Expressway with Interstate 35E.
It is scheduled for completion in 2012.
