DALLAS - The council will consider rezoning land at the center of a federal investigation involving County Commissioner John Wiley Price.

It is nine acres at Grady-Nibolo Road and Spur 408 in southeast Dallas.

Developer Bill Henry bought the land from Price last year and wants to build an apartment complex. But councilman Scott Griggs told the Dallas Morning News he is concerned the semi-rural area can't support a large complex.

Federal agents already seized the profits from Price's sale, but not the land.
