DALLAS — The search is on for a second suspect in a case involving a kidnapping and a shooting.
Dallas police arrested Horace Jones Jr. early Saturday morning. Police say Jones and another man kidnapped a woman last week and forced her to withdraw money from multiple ATMs.
Later, one of them shot and paralyzed a man during a robbery.
The woman was freed unharmed.
Investigators said they know who the second suspect is, but haven't yet tracked him down.
