DALLAS — A deadly motorcycle wreck at the High Five interchange in North Dallas Monday afternoon could be blamed on racing, police said.
According to investigators, two motorcyclists were speeding up the ramp from westbound LBJ Freeway to get on North Central Expressway shortly after 1 p.m.
One of the riders failed to negotiate the curve and hit the guard rail.
The impact propelled the rider over the side of the ramp, falling 100 feet to a grassy area below.
The victim's name has not been released. Police are still investigating the cause of the accident.
