Forest/Jupiter Station
GARLAND — A woman was hospitalized Saturday morning after being hit by a DART Blue Line train in Garland.
DART spokesman Morgan Lyons said the incident happened around 7:15 a.m. as the unidentified woman was running from a bus to catch the train at the Forest/Jupiter Station.
Lyons said the woman hit the side of the train and appeared to be "responsive."
Regular Blue Line operations were interrupted for almost two hours after the incident.
