DALLAS — DART is changing downtown Dallas bus routes to accommodate events for this weekend's NBA All-Star action.

Buses that normally operate along Main Street will move to adjoining streets Friday through Sunday.

Eastbound buses will travel on Commerce Street, while westbound trips will take riders along Elm Street.

DART is also increasing the frequency of trains headed to the Convention Center Station and Victory Station during All-Star events, with service continuing as late as 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights.

Most preliminary All-Star events leading up to Sunday's game at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington will take place at the Dallas Convention Center and the American Airlines Center in Dallas.

Trinity Railway Express Is also adding rail cars to its regular schedule, and will offer post-event trains on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.
